My name is Holden, and I started a small mail order company several years ago. As I needed to ship goods all over the world, I constantly had questions about tax laws, customs, shipping and other issues. Initially, as a relatively new entrepreneur, I thought I could handle it all. I thought I could research my way out of anything. I learned the hard way that is not always possible. Instead, I hired consultants to help me. I want to help others in the same position, but I know that some people don't even understand the basics of consulting. To help, I created this blog.
